I’m always looking for these binding files so here’s a note to myself:
C:\Documents and Settings\<your account>\Application Data\Microsoft\BizTalk Server\Deployment\BindingFiles
This is really the EDI error version of multiple schemas deployed with identical Namespace#RootNode. Check the deployed schemas under your All Artifacts application
